The Veteran Institute for Procurement (VIP) program is designed for veteran-owned, small businesses seeking to enter or expand their work with the federal government. Their VIP International program focuses on pursuing and managing contracts overseas. The program is free to eligible businesses and is sponsored by Montgomery County Chamber Community Foundation, Small Business Administration, International Trade Administration, State of Maryland and corporate sponsors.
