Recognizing the impracticality of a senior-level review and approval of Termination Settlement Agreements over $100,000, USAID has temporarily removed this AIDAR requirement. Jami J. Rodgers, M/OAA Director, approved the deviation based on the lack of staff to review the thousands of terminated contracts and in the interest of timeliness and efficiency to lower the risk of potential disputes and claims.
