Judges from the United States Court of Federal Claims will again participate in the committee’s annual “Ask the Judges” panel. These judges will discuss their backgrounds and experience before joining the bench, as well as their perspectives on bid protest practice before the Court, including providing practice tips and insights on brief drafting and oral argument.
