Our June meeting will feature a panel discussion that will provide an overview of the government contract claims and dispute resolution process. Geared towards junior attorneys and law students (and more experienced attorneys needing a refresher), this program will focus on a variety of pertinent topics – from preparing a claim under the Contract Disputes Act to litigating an appeal of a contracting officer’s final decision before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims or the Federal Boards of Contract Appeals. The panelists also will offer tips regarding best practices and provide guidance about how to navigate this complex and nuanced practice area.
