The Grant Law Committee is establishing a working group, comprised of practitioners from private and federal practice, as well as the law and accounting fields, to commence evaluation of the Uniform Guidance, 2 CFR Part 200, for areas that would benefit from clarification or update. The end goal of this endeavor is the preparation, over the next calendar year, of a white paper on the topic. We are pleased to commence this initiative with a panel discussion led by active grant lawyers and accounting professionals from our Committee’s membership and our “grants community” in Washington.
