Panel Discussion on SBA Recertification Rules and Their Impact on M&A

The Small Business Committee and the M&A Committee will host a joint meeting to discuss SBA’s recertification rules and their relationship to corporate transactions. There will be a panel and discussion with insights on issues regarding recertification timing, differences in acquisition vehicles and their impact on the recertification process, specialized socioeconomic considerations, and protest risks to bear in mind during corporate transactions involving small business government contractors.
