Join the State and Local Committee for a talk on flow downs presented by Ken Brody of David, Brody & Dondershine, and Suzanne Patron of Gilbane Building Company. Ken and Suzanne will discuss federal clauses that are required to be flowed down including the landscape of the flow down and when they apply. Ken and Suzanne will also address state clauses required to be flowed down. Additionally, they will discuss what needs to be flowed down on federally funded projects procured by state and local government agencies.
