This program will examine the growing importance of data privacy and cybersecurity issues incorporate transactions. Among other things, the panel will discuss how these issues arise in the corporate transaction context including as part of due diligence, consideration in transaction documentation and the sudden occurrence of cyberattacks during a deal.
