Focusing on the key compliance and risk issues associated with the Schedules, the topics to be covered include: (1) GSA Schedule pricing under both the Commercial Sales Practices (CSP) and Transactional Data Reporting (TDR) approaches; (2) the Price Reductions Clause; (3) Trade Agreements Act compliance; (4) selling through resellers vs. holding your own Schedule; and (5) how to prepare for and respond to GSA IG audits.
