The program will begin with remarks by CISA Executive Director Brandon Wales followed by a question and answer session. Immediately thereafter, Covington partner Ashden Fein will moderate an expert panel featuring: Joe Szczerba, Assistant Section Chief, Cyber Engagement and Intelligence Section, for the FBI Cyber Division, and Sandeep Kathuria, Assistant General Counsel, Cybersecurity and Security Law at Leidos. Specific topics to be covered in the program include emerging cyber threats and risks, how to enhance partnerships between the public and private sectors, mandatory reporting regimes, potential new regulations, and more.
