Research procurement laws and regulations relating to unique USPTO authorities. Research, analyze and provide interpretations of laws and regulations. Advice may include data rights, bankruptcy, suspension and debarment, conflict of interest, ethics, real estate, security, procurement integrity, fiscal, socio economic, capital planning and audit or OIG investigations. Assist other General Law areas.
