Cozen O’Connor’s Washington, D.C. office seeks a construction law associate with a minimum of three years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience counseling and representing project owners and developers, contractors, and design professionals in all stages of construction projects, including contract formation/negotiations, project management, pre-suit investigation and development of potential claims, and litigation of claims in state and federal trial and appellate courts across the country. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills. DC bar license required.
