Class Deviation: Customary Progress Payment Rates Based on Costs

As part of the coronavirus national emergency, the Department of Commerce has issued a class deviation for customary progress payment rates based on costs at FAR 32.501-1. The class deviation increases the progress payment rates for large from 80 to 90 percent and for small businesses from 85 to 95 percent.
