What kind of content do you publish?
- We accept new and existing content on topics related to government contracting law, cybersecurity, and compliance.
- Content can be in most any digital form: PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoints, webinars and video, podcasts, etc.
- Our publishing guidelines are listed on the Publish Page.
How do I upload content?
- Click on the Publish link at the top of our website.
- We can also arrange to have our IT provider perform a bulk upload upon request. Please send a request to admin@pubkgroup.com in order to make these arrangements.
Where do you publish the content?
- Once our editors approve your content, it is automatically posted into our Library.
- The editors also have discretion to include items in our newsletters.
Pub K publishes my content already. Do I need to upload it?
- Pub K aggregates selected government contracting content available in the community.
- By uploading content to publish with Pub K, you will be including more of your content in the Research Library.
Pub K has been aggregating my content already. I did not give my permission. Is that legal and ethical?
- Pub K is committed to ethical and legal content aggregation and publication. We follow best practices published by the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University and by the Association of Research Libraries.
- These include:
- Prominently identifying and linking to each source.
- Providing a sufficient description of the content to entice the readers to your website, while not duplicating all of the information contained in the link.
- Permitting firms to “opt out” by sending us an email.
Events Board
What is Pub K’s Events calendar?
- Events collects courses, seminars, bar meetings, and other industry events in one place.
Who can post government contracting events on the events calendar?
- Anyone. Just submit an event using our form on the Events calendar page.
Who can access the event board?
- The events calendar is free to the public for viewing. You need to be a free registered user. Register Now!
Is there a fee associated with posting an event?
- Yes, there is a fee of $100 per event. This can be paid by credit card at the time the event is submitted on the events calendar page.
Does the $100 fee cover anything else?
- Yes, the event will be included in our weekly events email sent out each Friday to all of our subscribers.
How long does the event post last?
- The event will stay on our calendar and events page indefinitely.
Can I submit the post on the website?
- Yes, a simple form has been created on the events calendar page.
Jobs Board
What is the Pub K Job Board?
- The Pub K Job Board is a job listing service within the government contracts community.
Who can access the job board?
- The job board is free to the public for viewing. You need to be a free registered user. Register Now!
Who can post jobs on the jobs board?
- Anyone can submit a government contracting related job using our form on the Job board page.
Is there a fee associated with posting a job?
- Yes, there is a fee of $100 per job. This can be paid by credit card at the time the job is submitted on the job board page.
How long will the job post be on the job board?
- The job will be posted for 4 weeks.
Can I submit a job post on the website?
- Yes, a simple form has been created on the jobs board page.
Are jobs still sent out in a weekly email blast?
- Yes. Jobs are included in the Friday newsletter.
Annual Review
What is Pub K’s Annual Review?
- It’s a one-day live webcast of analysis, updates, and outlook for government contracting professionals in the areas of law, compliance, and cyber.
Who can access Pub K’s Annual Review?
- Anyone can access Pub K’s Annual Review
Is there a fee to access Pub K’s Annual Review?
- No, the Annual Review is free but advance registration is required to attend the sessions when scheduled and to receive the material. Usually within 30 days after the Annual Review, we make the video of the sessions available for viewing. For more information, please contact admin@pubklaw.com.
Can I receive CLE credit for attending Pub K’s Annual Review?
- Pub K submits a request to at least seven states for approval of our Annual Review sessions for CLE credit in each state. We usually receive that approval within 30 days after the Annual Review is complete. Newsletter subscribers who request CLE for these states receive their certificate shortly after we receive approval. Non-subscribers who request CLE are charged a fee for the certificate. Those interested in CLE credit in states that Pub K does not seek approval from may submit their requests directly to their state bar association. Can I become a speaker at the Annual Review?
- Pub K selects speakers based on a number of factors. We are happy to accept an expression of interest from you.

How do I become a Member of Pub K?

Are Memberships available on an annual or a monthly basis?
- • All subscriptions are for a full year only and must be paid in advance. For more information about subscriptions, please contactadmin@pubklaw.com.
What is an Individual Membership and what does it cost?
- An Individual Membership is for a single Member.
- The subscription can be for one newsletter or a bundle combining two or more of our four newsletters.
- Effective March 1, 2023, the cost of a new or renewal of an Individual Subscription is $550 per year for a single newsletter. Bundled subscriptions combining two or more of our four newsletters have further discounts.

What is a Group Subscription?
- A Group Subscription is a single subscription covering multiple Members. It is typically used by organizations that want to make the benefits of receiving our newsletters available to multiple parties in a single organization.
- The subscription can be for one newsletter or a bundle of two or more of our newsletters, but every member in the Group Subscription must have the same subscription package.
- All subscriptions are for a full year only and must be paid in advance. Pub K offers discounts for group subscriptions based on the number of Members and the number of newsletters.

What is a "Bundled" Subscription?
- A Bundled Subscription gives a single Member access to the three existing newsletters of Pub K Law, Pub K Compliance, and Pub K Cyber at a substantial discount – a rate of $900 for a new or a renewal of an Individual Subscription on or after March 1, 2022 — basically, getting these three letters for the price of two. For more information about subscriptions, please contact admin@pubklaw.com.
Does Pub K offer discounts?
- Discounts are provided for bundled subscriptions for Individual subscribers combining two or more of our four newsletters.
- Discounts are provided for Group subscriptions based on the number of Members covered by a single subscription and the number of newsletters included in the single subscription.
- GWU Law students receive free subscriptions but only while enrolled in an accredited course of study. Merely maintaining an email address after completing an accredited course of study does not qualify for (or permit retention of) a free subscription.

Can I pay monthly?
- No. All subscriptions are for a full year only and must be paid in advance.
Can I auto-pay?
- Yes, just choose the auto-pay option at checkout.
How do I renew?
- You can sign up for auto-renewal. Otherwise, you will receive renewal notices before your subscription expires.
- You can renew your Membership by going to the My Account page in the upper right corner of the website.
When does my Membership become active?
- As soon as you complete the payment process when you are using a credit card. If you pay be check, your Membership becomes active when we receive the check.
How do I pay to post an Event?

What forms of payment does Pub K accept?
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ACH, and checks.
How can I get a copy of my receipt?
- A receipt is emailed to you automatically when you purchase a subscription. You can also always find your receipt in the Order History section of the My Accounts page.
Do you offer refunds?
- We do not offer a refund for accounts, but you are able to add or remove users to your account at any time. Please send a request email to admin@pubkgroup.com.
What happens if I want to move to a bundled subscription?
- Just sign up for the bundled subscription, and we will provide the primary Member with a pro-rated credit for the unused portion of the prior subscription against the first year of the new subscription, based on the anniversary date of the original subscription.

How do I manage my account or my Group?
- Just go to the My Account section on the upper right order of our website.
- Here you can purchase a subscription, change your password and account information, and renew your subscriptions.
How can I change the Members on a Group Membership?
- You can add or remove Members anytime by sending an email to admin@pubkgroup.com.
- And soon you will be able to make changes in the My Accounts section of our website.
Can I continue to call you about subscription matters?
- Of course. Send an email to admin@pubklaw.com and we will schedule a mutually convenient time for that discussion.
How do reset my password?
- To reset your password, visit www.pubkgroup.com/my-account/lost-password/.
How do I find my username?
- If you have lost your username, please send an email to admin@pubkgroup.com requesting your username.
Miscellaneous
What do I do if I stop receiving my subscription emails?
- If you have stopped receiving your subscription emails, please send an inquiry to admin@pubkgroup.com.
Can I share my subscription account?
- No. Sharing your username and password is not allowed.
How do I change the Admin/POC on my account?
- Please send an email to admin@pubkgroup.com requesting the change on your account.

What is the schedule of emails for each newsletter?
- Each newsletter is delivered to your email inbox daily Monday through Saturday at 6:00am
