Compliance Toolkits

This Toolkit explains the mandatory requirements imposed on every government contractor to maintain a comprehensive compliance program.
The Toolkit dissects the mandatory clause, FAR 2.203-13 “Contractor Code of Business Ethics and Conduct” and describes each of its 18 mandatory requirements for large government contractors and the subset of mandatory requirements for small businesses.
For each mandatory requirement, the Toolkit describes the measures contractors need to put in place to satisfy the particular requirement. The measures reflect best practices based on broad benchmarking studies.
The Toolkit provides sample Codes of Conduct, policies, training and other artifacts that can be adapted to the contractors’ needs to satisfy the FAR requirements.
