Pentagon Eliminates Distance Between FAR and DFARS

National Defense Magazine – The Department of Defense released a final rule amending the DFARS to implement Executive Order 14005. The purpose of the amendment is to remedy the disconnect and confusion between the DFARS and the FAR’s Buy American requirements.
