The latest edition of Crowell & Moring’s Fastest 5 Minutes podcast focuses on what contractors can expect from the incoming administration relating to labor and employment matters.

Kris Meade and Peter Eyre, Partners at Crowell & Moring, discuss possible changes as new leadership at the Department of Labor, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), as well as Steven Miller take their positions in the new Administration. The recent Harvard decision by the Supreme Court also figures prominently in possible changes to be pursued by the new appointees. One question is whether OFCCP will continue to exist. If it does, its mandate will likely change. Federal contractors are encouraged to take a fresh look at their DEI programs to identify risks as such programs are expected to be challenged by the new Administration and Trump appointed federal judges who are likely to be conservative.
