The use of over $177 billion spent in Ukraine since 2022 will be the target  of the investigations, especially the concern of profiteering. The anticipated hearings will promote the legislative agenda of those who do not support funding the Ukraine aid package. The intention is to publicize issues to reduce public support for more aid.
