A regular reader has shared an innovative use of AI to review the recent changes to 2 CFR 200. Babylonia Aziz, Director of Award Management & Donor Compliance at Save the Children’s Middle East, North Africa, and Eastern Europe Regional Office, was pressed for time to get up to speed on the recent updates. She used her long commute and AI to summarize the 2 CFR 200 updates as a conversation between two podcast hosts.

She used the Google Notebook AI tool. She uploaded a summary of the 2 CFR 200 changes that had been prepared by her colleague and selected the Audio Overview. By the end of her commute, she had a high-level summary that prepared her for a call later that day.
Aziz posted the audio on her LinkedIn profile and would like to hear other ideas on the use of AI.
