Pub K PAC is a non-partisan federally-authorized political action committee. Our mission is to support and educate federal elected officials responsible for authorizing and appropriating funds for government procurement and grants. Support comes in the form of donations to candidates and committees, and working with advocates to engage in educational campaigns.
Contributors have an opportunity to weigh in on Pub K PAC’s communications with elected officials, including submitting educational and advocacy materials and participating in meetings and round tables with key elected officials.
Support
Pub K PAC accepts financial contributions from individuals who are U.S. citizens or an authorized permanent U.S. residents, as well as from other political action committees.

Pub K PAC is a federally registered political committee and the contributions it receives are used to support federal candidates and committees. Contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes, and are limited to $5,000 per individual per calendar year. Federal law requires Pub K PAC to use its best efforts to collect the name, address, occupation, and employer for each individual contributing more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) in a calendar year to the PAC.
