Thank you for joining us for our first in-person Annual Review on February 13-14 at the Ronald Reagan International Trade Center. These FAQs will help you prepare for the event and help us ensure a positive experience for you. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Travel
The Reagan Center is located at 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue NW in Washington, DC.
If you are arriving by Metro, the closest stop is Federal Triangle, on the Blue, Silver, and Orange lines. You may also take the Red line to Metro Center.
Parking is available at the Reagan Center. Lot entrances are located at 13 1/2 Street off Pennsylvania Avenue and two entrances on 14th Street. The parking garage is open 24 hours.
There are also many additional parking accommodations available within 2 – 3 blocks of the building.
For additional information, the Reagan Center visitors’ information is available online here.
When you arrive
There are six major pedestrian entrances to the building: 14th Street, 13 1/2 Street, Pennsylvania Avenue, Moynihan Plaza, Woodrow Wilson Plaza, and Metro level.
Be prepared to pass through a security checkpoint. This may require extra time, given the expected number of attendees, as well as normal traffic through the Center.
Look for Pub K signage directing you to the event.
Check in with Pub K’s registration table on the upper Oculus on the ground level. See internal map of the Reagan Center below.
The conference halls are located on the building’s lower level, downstairs from the Oculus.
Dress code is business casual.
