Part 2 of our miniseries on Size and Status protests.

After covering the basics – i.e. small business eligibility rules – in part 1, in this webinar, experienced Government Contracting attorney Maria Panichelli focuses on the practices and procedures that are used when a business’ size or status are challenged. Maria discusses the processes used for size protests, as compared to that used for status protests of the various different types of small businesses, and the varied SBA entities overseeing these proceedings. She revisits some of the eligibility concepts covered in part 1 to demonstrate how common protest bases such as affiliation or control are analyzed in real-life practice. Most importantly, she explains how contractors can best utilize their opportunity to respond if their eligibility is questioned.
