During this CLE program Justice Kelsey, Laura Ellingson, and Shawn Lillemo, Esq., will raise and address three questions:  (i) Why are we talking about this topic?  (ii) How will Generative AI affect us?  (iii) What, if anything, should we do about it?  The multimedia program will track a similar presentation made at the 2024 Judicial Conference to the Justices of the Supreme Court of Virginia and the Judges of the Court of Appeals of Virginia.
