PilieroMazza PLLC, a business law firm serving government contractors, is seeking associates with four to eight years of general government contracts and/or litigation experience, including False Claims Act (FCA) defense, audits and investigations and experience in assisting companies and individuals in responding to request for testimony, information or documents made through Civil Investigative Demands, OIG subpoenas and GAO audits. Experience with bid protests, claims and REAs a plus. Positions are available in Washington, DC or Boulder, CO offices. Excellent research and writing skills required.
