Pentagon Gearing Up to Train Personnel on New ‘Default’ Software Buying Approach

DefenseScoop – The Pentagon is set to enhance its personnel training on a new ‘default’ software buying approach. Acquisition officials at every level will soon receive training materials and resources aimed at implementing Secretary Pete Hegseth’s directive, issued last week, to expedite and standardize software purchases that support defense business and weapon system programs.
