COVID-19 Cost Recovery for Government Contractors
Contractors and NGOs are suffering over the lack of clear legal guidelines regarding the recovery of cost impacts from COVID-19.  Pub K and Nichols Liu hosted this free webinar on the rapidly-evolving legal authorities in this area and the practical steps that contractors can be taking to seek full recovery of these costs – in current invoicing and requests for equitable adjustments to the government.  The webinar also addressed measures to prepare for audits and investigations of these costs in the future.
