Government contractors are facing an array of challenges from the Federal Government’s cybersecurity initiatives, from strategies to compliance, and certainly enforcement.
Pub K Group is hosting this special program on September 11 to explore these matters. Hear directly from policy and senior government officials about:
- Trends, requirements, and risks regarding the current cybersecurity policies,
- Contractual and legal implications of compliance requirements
- The government’s enforcement options and actions, including use of the False Claims Act.
Our panel of experts includes speakers from the Department of Justice and the former NSC Chief of Cyber Policy. Additional government speakers have been invited. There is no charge for this event but advance registration is required.
The event will be held in the conference center of Pub K Group’s new location, Metropolitan Square Building, 655 15th Street, NW, Washington, D.C. Following the program, Pub K will host a reception for in-person attendees. Weather permitting, we’ll convene on the rooftop deck, which provides a picturesque view of the White House grounds. In case of inclement weather, the reception will be held in the atrium.
