Several non-profit organizations that receive Department of Agriculture funds have sued the government, challenging the termination of their grants. The Trump administration contends that the grants no longer align with the USDA’s priorities. The plaintiffs, however, allege the terminations violate due process, the USDA’s regulations, the Administrative Procedures Act, and the Constitution’s Separation of Powers provision.
