GovCon Wire – The Department of State has awarded spots on a $10 billion, multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract under its Evolve program to support enterprise IT services worldwide. According to the award notice, the Evolve IDIQ covers enterprise IT management, digital transformation, cloud and data center services, application development, network and telecommunications services, and end-user support.
