Senate Foreign Relations Committee Minority report on “The Price of Retreat” in the US’ Strategic Competition with China.

Aid on the Hill contributed to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee Minority report, including detailed case studies on canceled USAID projects, and an in-depth aid cuts briefer (pp 23-24) prepared by Jason Wolfe. Recommendations of the report include: “Congress must hold the Administration accountable to fully implement the Fiscal Year 2026 State and Foreign Operations Appropriations bill, which restores terminated foreign assistance funding.”
