The FAR Council has released the FAR Overhaul revisions to Part 53, Forms. The Pracitioner’s Album notes that the Council has streamlined and modernized Part 53, shifting from a static, self-contained text to a system points to a live, authoritative resource. Instead of listing form in the FAR, there is now a central website where forms can be updated without going through the rule making process.
