The Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council has released new model deviation text as part of the ongoing Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) Initiative. The following RFO FAR Parts now have model deviation text available, which was posted on June 12, 2025: Part 18 – Emergency Acquisitions, Part 39 – Acquisition of Information and Communication Technology, and Part 43 – Contract Modifications. Informal feedback on these RFO FAR Parts may be submitted through July 28, 2025. Each RFO FAR Part webpage has a link to submit feedback.
