President Trump has issued a memo calling for “radical transparency about wasteful spending,” telling agencies to make public, to the maximum allowed by law, “the complete details of every terminated program, cancelled contract, terminated grant, or any other discontinued obligation of federal funds.” The new requirement includes awards terminated by State and USAID as part of their review process.
