URC Acquires IBI

URC’s President, Earl Gast, announced the acquisition of IBI, a company founded by Dr. Lucie Phillips 28 years ago. URC’s healthcare quality and health systems strengthening work will be complemented by IBI’s practices in economic growth and governance, ME&L, and stabilization and crisis response.
