USAID Deputy Administrator Isobel Coleman and Deputy National Security Advisor Daleep Singh met with global thought leaders and philanthropic leaders to push for funds and collaboration in support of a robust and deep-pocketed Pandemic Fund. The target is $2 Billion in new direct funding and additional funds through co-financing and co-investment over the next two years.
