USAID has published a Notice of public information collection in the Federal Register on three new Standard Provisions to be entitled:

1. Activity Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Plans (AMELPs);

2. Planning, Collection, and Submission of Digital Information to USAID With Data Management Plan (DMP); and

3. Planning, Collection, and Submission of Digital Information to USAID Without Data Management Plan (DMP).

The Federal Register Notice is seeking comments on the need for these standard provisions and USAID’s estimate of the workload in meeting the requirements. The Notice does not provide much detail on the requirements of the standard provisions except that they will be included in Notices of Funding Opportunities to assure potential applicants are aware of the requirements and for USAID to assess the ability of the applicant to meet the requirements. The provisions will then be incorporated into the resulting awards. USAID is not seeking input on the language of the standard provisions through this Notice. Comments are due by January 15, 2025.
