The Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 offers enhanced tax credits for certain clean energy projects.  Most of these enhanced tax credits require compliance with prevailing wages and apprenticeship requirements.  Failure to comply can result in the loss of these enhanced tax credits and/or penalties.
