President Trump recently issued an executive order consolidating the procurement of common goods under GSA. GSA has now issued a briefing on how the consolidation process will work. Basically, agencies must complete a contract inventory template, share their agreements with GSA, and migrate the files. Contract actions will be frozen during the transition. The agencies and GSA will clone the contract files, transfer the contracts, and reach out to vendors.
