According to an X post from Stephen Ehikian, the Acting Administrator for GSA, the agency has created a new bot to automate the pre-award research process. Ehikian claims this new bot—CODY—will eliminate hours of manual work currently performed by contracting officers. Ehikian says that the tool has already been used to cancel a contract.
