Public Procurement International – In the midst of the uproar that surrounded the Trump administration’s tariffs, the White House quietly released an executive summary of a (non-public) comprehensive report to the President on trade policy, including on “Buy American” policies in procurement. The report received little attention in the press, perhaps because it was so technical.
