U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean P. Duffy has an announcement to DOT grantees: “[T]he Trump Administration will not enforce Biden-era DEI and Green New Scam policies or requirements.” Duffy says that grantees were forced to comply with those Biden directives even though they were not based on any statute or regulation.
