The novel corona virus, COVID-19, is continuing to spread across the United States and the federal government’s response to the virus is still developing. The global spread of COVID-19 may have a significant impact on government contractors—contract schedule and performance may be impacted by a myriad of circumstances including a strain on the supply chain, closures of military bases or other federally operated locations, and workforce reductions from those who are sick or quarantined.
