Chris Yukins, Law Professor, George Washington University will kick off the conversation by summarizing a paper written by Frank Kiley and by giving a synopsis of where we currently stand on suspension and debarment from the Model Procurement Code perspective.

Collin Swan, Senior Counsel, World Bank will provide a description of the World Bank Global Suspension and Debarment Directory and its related interactive database.

Mike Wagner, Partner, Covington & Burling LLP, and Chris Yukins will wrap up with a discussion on the potential for state and local governments to follow the World Bank and create a data driven process to not only share information, but to recognize and perhaps rely on each other’s suspension and debarment decisions.
