Mr. Chvotkin is a partner at the law firm Nichols Liu, President of Pub K, former Executive VP and counsel of the Professional Services Council and a Committee Vice-Chair and longtime member. He has extensive experience on Capitol Hill as a former professional staff member, including experience on the Senate’s Governmental Affairs Committee, Budget Committee, Small Business Committee, and Armed Services Committee.
