A View from the Bench: The Future of Government Contracts Litigation at the Court and Boards

Back by popular demand, our annual “Ask the Judges” panel will feature panelists from the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, and Civilian Board of Contract Appeals discussing a variety of topics of interest to PCL section members.  The panelists will address recent and future changes at the Court and Boards, including the tribunals’ plans for a post-COVID transition, changes to the Rules, new Judges, and other noteworthy developments.
